A viral chocolate bar inspired by Dubai flavors, finished with a Greek twist using pasteli (sesame & honey brittle).
Crunchy, creamy, and irresistibly rich.
Ingredients (1 large chocolate)
For the chocolate
- 300 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate
For the filling
- 80 g kataifi
- 1 tbsp butter
- 150 g peanut cream
- 60–80 g pasteli (crushed)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Optional
- Finely chopped Aegina pistachios
- Toasted sesame for topping
Method
- Melt the chocolate and spread a first layer in a mold. ➜ Fridge 10–15 min.
- In a pan, melt butter and toast kataifi until crunchy.
- Remove from heat and add:
- peanut cream
- crushed pasteli
- honey (for more "Greek" flavor)
- salt
- Spread filling over chocolate.
- Cover with remaining chocolate.
- Fridge 1–1.5 hours until set.
