A viral chocolate bar inspired by Dubai flavors, finished with a Greek twist using pasteli (sesame & honey brittle).

Crunchy, creamy, and irresistibly rich.

 

Ingredients (1 large chocolate)

For the chocolate

  • 300 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate

 

For the filling

  • 80 g kataifi
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 150 g peanut cream
  • 60–80 g pasteli (crushed)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

 

Optional

  • Finely chopped Aegina pistachios
  • Toasted sesame for topping

 

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate and spread a first layer in a mold. ➜ Fridge 10–15 min.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and toast kataifi until crunchy.
  3. Remove from heat and add:
    • peanut cream
    • crushed pasteli
    • honey (for more "Greek" flavor)
    • salt
  4. Spread filling over chocolate.
  5. Cover with remaining chocolate.
  6. Fridge 1–1.5 hours until set.
